Responsibility:  Does this student act in a responsible manner and meet all expectations and requirements willingly.  Is he/she on time with required work?

Ability to make up work:  Since students will miss up to ten school days, does he/she have the motivation to make up any missed assignments promptly?

Focus on trip objectives:  Will this student eagerly focus on the learning experiences offered?
