During the course of the day, my Bradley childbirth instructor showed up to see how things were going. She was really hoping to be able to come back later and be our doula if she could, but she wasn't able to. We shared with her and Nyasha the sheet of verses I'd put together to help through labor, if we had the time and need to refer to them. They both wanted copies, and Heather also wanted the recipe for the nourishment tea that I was drinking throughout labor.
